St Croix County COVID-19 Update - July 10, 2020

Last Friday, St. Croix County Public Health advised that there are currently over 150 new/active COVID-19 cases in St. Croix County. Due to the rapid rise in the number of cases, St. Croix County is now considered a hot spot. There are now more active cases in the County than have recovered.

Please continue to practice good hygiene: wash hands, use hand sanitizer, wear a mask and social distance (minimum of 6 feet) as much as possible.  As always, if you or someone in your family is sick, please stay home and seek the advice of your medical professional.

Press Release - Community Forum to reflect on our past, our present and our future

Press Release

June 18, 2020

The City of New Richmond is considering ways to acknowledge and honor the many voices it is hearing about who we are, what values or ideologies we adhere to, and what we long for. The events of COVID-19 and social justice unrest have created opportunities for protests, civic engagement, and calls for action.

Our community challenge is to create a forum, or field, which allows for self-examination, active listening, and a deeper understanding that a community can be made up of many voices and opinions. Through this challenge we invite you to share your stories, centered around dignity, respect, and compassion, beginning July 1 through August 30.
