Mission Statement
The function of the City Clerk's Office is to provide excellent customer service to the Public as well as to developers and other departments within the City.

The City Clerk is the custodian of official city records, ordinances and council proceedings.  

Other duties of the City Clerk's Office include:

  • Administering oaths and affirmations
  • Having charge and supervision of elections and voter registration
  • Working with the city assessor to maintain property assessments
  • Maintaining licenses
  • Responding to open record requests
