The City's Assessor, Accurate Appraisal, LLC, has conducted a full revaluation of all taxable property in 2021. Prior to 2021, the City's last revaluation was conducted in 2009. Since then, the market has changed and assessed values are not reflective of the market. Periodic revaluation ensures equity among all property types while bringing assessed property values in line with market rates as required by State law.
